Machines

No catalog. Each machine starts with your part.

Bring a part print, a process, and a rate. We propose the machine concept that fits, and how much of it to automate.

01 · Assemble

Automated assembly

Dial, inline, and robotic machines that press, fasten, dispense, and mark parts in one cycle.

Fits whenAssembly is manual, rate is going up, or quality depends on the operator.

  • Press-fit
  • Screw driving
  • Dispensing
  • Part marking

02 · Test

Test & inspection

End-of-line and in-process testing with results logged by serial number.

Fits whenYou need proof every part was tested, or defects are found by your customer.

  • Leak test
  • Functional test
  • Vision inspection
  • Data traceability

03 · Assist

Semi-automatic workstations

Operator stations with fixtures, error-proofing, and powered tools where full automation doesn’t pay.

Fits whenVolume is low or mix is high, but mistakes are expensive.

  • Fixtures
  • Error-proofing
  • Pick-to-light
  • Torque control

How we build

You see it run before it ships.

Every machine is run off with your parts in our shop, then again on your floor. Design reviews happen before metal is cut.

01 · Concept

Process and layout

Part review, process plan, and a machine concept with cycle-time estimate.

  • Part & process review
  • Machine concept
  • Design reviews

02 · Build

Mechanical and controls

Designed, machined, wired, and programmed in one shop.

  • Mechanical design
  • Controls & programming
  • Build & debug

03 · Run-off

Proven with your parts

Factory and site acceptance with your parts and your criteria.

  • Factory acceptance test
  • Install & site acceptance
  • Training & documentation

Project example · fictional

Assembly and leak test for a valve body

A valve body was assembled by hand at three benches and leak tested offline. A dial machine now presses, fastens, and leak tests each part, logging results by serial number.
