Applications

Start with what’s still done by hand.

Most lines automate the filler first and the end of line last. Pick the step that’s holding you back.

01 · Pack

Case erecting & packing

Erect, pack, and seal cases at line rate, with pick patterns built around your product and case sizes.

Fits whenOperators are folding, loading, or taping cases, or changeovers take too long.

  • Case erectors
  • Robotic case packing
  • Tray & wraparound
  • Case sealing

02 · Stack

Robotic palletizing

A robot builds stable pallets from one or several lines, with patterns your team can add without calling us.

Fits whenPeople are lifting cases onto pallets, or you run many SKUs and pallet patterns.

  • Single & multi-line cells
  • Collaborative palletizers
  • Pattern builder
  • Slip & tier sheets

03 · Ship

Wrap, label & convey

Stretch wrap, pallet labeling, and the case and pallet conveyor that connect each machine.

Fits whenPallets wait for a forklift to reach the wrapper, or labels are applied by hand.

  • Stretch wrappers
  • Print & apply labels
  • Case conveyor
  • Pallet conveyor

The whole line

One integrator from case to dock.

Buying the end of line machine by machine leaves you as the integrator. Halvard owns the handoffs between each step.

01 · Pack

Cases formed and filled

Erector, packer, and sealer sized to your rate and case range.

  • Case erecting
  • Packing
  • Sealing & checkweigh

02 · Stack

Pallets built

Accumulation, merge, and a palletizing cell that runs your patterns.

  • Accumulation & merge
  • Robotic palletizing
  • Pallet & sheet dispensing

03 · Ship

Loads ready for the dock

Wrapped, labeled, and conveyed to a forklift pickup point.

  • Stretch wrap
  • Pallet labeling
  • Line controls & HMI

Project example · fictional

Palletizing two bottling lines with one cell

Two lines were hand-stacked at the end of each shift. A single robotic cell now palletizes both, with conveyor merging the lines and a wrapper at the outfeed.
