Privacy notice

Last updated October 7, 2026. This notice covers greydoglabs.com/industrial and its concept request form, operated by Grey Dog Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA).

What we collect

When you request a concept: your name, email, company, current website, what your company does, and anything optional you choose to add (main website problem, timeline). We also record how you found the page (for example, a campaign tag or referring website). We don’t ask for files or payment details.

How we use it

Only to review your request, decide whether we’re a fit, reply to you, and—if you go ahead—prepare your concept and scope. We email you about marketing only if you tick the optional box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it is stored and processed

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form submission.
• Stripe processes deposit payments. We don’t see or store your full card details.
• Airtable stores your request and sends us an email notification.
• Apple iCloud Mail hosts our greydoglabs.com inbox, where notifications and replies are kept.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and a few anonymous events (such as a button click). It doesn’t use cookies, and we don’t send it your form details.

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Requests that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for the work and our business records.
