Website rebuild service terms

Last updated October 7, 2026. These terms cover industrial website rebuilds by Grey Dog Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA). Your written scope sets the page list and any project-specific details. If the scope and these terms conflict, the written scope wins.

Price and payment

The standard rebuild is a fixed $4,500 for the agreed scope.
A $2,250 deposit (50%) is due to begin. It reserves your project slot.
The remaining $2,250 is due after your final approval and before the site launches on your domain.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before it starts.

Deposit and cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time by email. If you cancel before launch, no balance is owed, and you receive the work delivered to that point.
If we don’t hear from you for 60 days during a project, we’ll treat it as cancelled on the same basis. We’ll email you before closing it.

Timeline

Typical turnaround is 10 business days after we confirm scope and receive your completed intake, approved content, and required access. This is a typical schedule, not a guarantee. The schedule pauses while we wait on content, approvals, or access from your team.

What’s included

Up to seven core pages, with the page list agreed in writing before work begins.
Your branding, approved photography, and refined website copy.
Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
A working inquiry form delivered to your chosen email address.
Foundational SEO: page titles, descriptions, headings, and sitemap.
Launch on your domain and a practical handover.
Fixes for defects in the delivered scope for 30 days after launch.

Large catalog migrations, ecommerce, customer portals, custom integrations, photography, brand identity work, and ongoing SEO are quoted separately.

Revisions

The project includes two consolidated rounds of revisions. Please gather your team’s feedback into a single list for each round. Further rounds, or changes that add pages or features, are quoted before work starts.

Your responsibilities

Complete the intake and supply the content, photos, logos, and facts the site needs.
Confirm technical claims and approve all copy before launch. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Make sure you have the rights to the photos, logos, and partner marks you supply.
Provide access to your domain and DNS (or the person who manages them) when it’s time to launch.

Ownership and handover

Your domain stays yours.
Once paid in full, the delivered site code and paid-for site assets are yours, subject to the licenses of any preexisting components and third-party assets.
At launch you receive handover notes covering how the site is hosted and how to move it.
Ending a care plan, or never taking one, does not take your site away.

After launch

Website care is optional, costs $199/month, and is arranged separately. It is never part of the deposit. You can also request individual changes as needed, quoted before work begins.
