Turn old trip inquiries into booked planning calls. Pay only when they show.
For luxury travel advisors. Travelers who asked about a trip and went quiet usually aren't a firm no: dates moved, a partner wasn't ready, life got busy. We find out who's still planning to go and book the qualified ones on your calendar.
$0 setup. $0 texting and AI costs. If no qualified traveler attends a planning call, you owe nothing.
How it works
Free Dead Inquiry Audit
We go through your old trip inquiries and unbooked proposals with you and show how many can be contacted: documented permission to text, not already planning with your advisors, no opt-out.
Reconnect and qualify
An assistant texts under your agency's name, says it's automated, and asks one question at a time: still traveling, when, who's going, what budget.
Book the planning call
Qualified travelers who want to talk land on your calendar. You or your advisor run every call.
What you get
- Free Dead Inquiry Audit of your old trip inquiries and proposals, yours to keep even if you don't go ahead
- An assistant that texts under your name and says only what you've approved
- A 30-day campaign that finds who's still planning to travel, qualifies them and books a planning call on your calendar
- A person reads every conversation in the first batch
- A weekly report: who replied, who booked, who showed
- Your own numbers run through the economics calculator: what one attended planning call is worth in commission
Your part: one contact export, one 30-minute approval call, and room on your calendar.
The guarantee
If no qualified traveler attends a planning call, you owe nothing. Not a discount. Zero.
We don't promise a number of replies, calls or bookings. Nobody honest can before seeing your list. What we promise is that you only pay for results you can check.
Is it a fit?
- You plan luxury trips, typically $10,000 or more
- You have past trip inquiries or proposals that never booked
- You keep records of how clients agreed to be contacted
- You or your advisors have room for more planning calls
When it's probably not a fit
- You can't document how your contacts agreed to hear from you.
- The list was bought rather than built from your own trip inquiries.
- You mostly sell quick, low-value bookings, so someone who didn't book has likely booked elsewhere.
- You can't take more planning calls right now.
- You need a guaranteed number of bookings.
Not sure? That's what the call is for. Run your numbers first if you like.
The pilot
30 days
Starts once consent review, sender registration and test conversations pass. First batch of 50 to 100 past inquiries.
$0 unless they show
No setup fee. We cover texting and AI costs. You pay a fee only per qualified, attended planning call, agreed in writing before launch.
You stay in control
You approve every fact the assistant can say, your client list stays yours, and you can pause any time.
Every week you get a report: delivered, replied, qualified, booked, attended, opt-outs, costs and fees.
Every conversation in the first batch is read by a person, so only two pilots run at a time. Old inquiries go stale as travel dates pass, and we start with your most recent ones.
Straight answers
What does the pilot cost me?
No setup fee, and we cover the texting and AI costs. You pay a fee only for a qualified client who attends a planning call, agreed in writing before launch. If no one shows, you owe nothing.
Is this an AI pretending to be a person?
No. It introduces itself as your agency's automated assistant, says so again if asked, and hands the conversation to you or your advisor whenever someone asks for a person.
What results should I expect?
Nobody can tell you that before looking at your list, and we won't pretend to. Measuring it is what the pilot is for. The economics calculator shows what different reply, show and booking rates would mean for your commissions.
What about texting rules and consent?
Texting past inquiries needs the right permission and a registered sender, and registration alone isn't permission. Before anything is sent we review your consent records together and leave out anyone we can't document. We're not your lawyer; for questions about your situation, ask yours.
Do you need access to my CRM?
We need an export of the contacts to review and a way to see open opportunities, so the campaign doesn't step on trips your advisors are already planning. The campaign runs in an account set up for your agency, and the data stays yours.
How much of my team's time does it take?
One contact export and one 30-minute call to approve what the assistant can say. After that, you run the planning calls, take handed-off conversations and confirm attendance each week.
What happens when the list runs out?
Recovering an old list is a finite campaign. If the pilot proves useful, we can talk about following up on new leads as they come in. Not before.
