Last updated October 21, 2026. This notice covers greydoglabs.com/leads, operated by Grey Dog Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA).

What we collect

• If you book a call: your name, email, company, and anything you add to the booking form. Zcal collects and stores this on our behalf.
• If you email us: whatever you choose to send.
• Site analytics: we use PostHog to record page views and clicks on this page, including which sections you visit, your browser and device type, and an anonymous identifier stored in your browser. We use this to see which parts of the page people find useful and, later, to show returning visitors the version of the page that matches what they looked at first. We do not record form contents or keystrokes. Vercel Analytics records aggregate page views without cookies.

How we use it

To hold the call you booked, reply to your email, decide whether we are a fit, and improve this page. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the services below.

Where it is stored and processed

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Zcal handles call scheduling.
• PostHog (US cloud) stores analytics events.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface on this page.

Cookies and your choices

PostHog sets a first-party identifier in your browser so it can tell visits apart. Clearing your site data for greydoglabs.com removes it. Email jdf@greydoglabs.com to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you.

How long we keep it

Booking and email records that do not become a client relationship are deleted within 24 months. Analytics events are kept for the period set in PostHog, currently 12 months.
