Automation Pipeline Program terms
Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms cover outbound pipeline services by Grey Dog Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA). Your written fit criteria and onboarding notes set the specifics. If they conflict with these terms, the written notes win.
What a qualified lead is
- A qualified lead is the name, phone number, and email of a prospect who matches the fit criteria written down at onboarding and has indicated interest in your product or service.
- You may dispute a lead within 72 hours of receiving it, for example because it did not meet the fit criteria or showed no real interest. Disputed leads are not billed. Undisputed leads are billable.
Price and payment
- No setup fee.
- Sending tools and data (domains, inboxes, contact data) are billed monthly at cost. The amount is agreed in writing at onboarding and invoiced on the 1st of each month.
- $750 per qualified lead, invoiced monthly in arrears.
- Invoices are paid through Stripe within 14 days.
Term and cancellation
- The program runs month to month from the start. Either party can end it at any time by email. Qualified leads delivered before the end date are billable.
- Grey Dog Labs works with one client per sub-niche (application and region). We will tell you about any conflict before you sign.
What Grey Dog Labs does
- Sets up separate sending domains and inboxes in your name. Your primary company domain is never used to send.
- Builds the target list to the agreed fit criteria and shares it with you for approval before sending.
- Writes and sends the outreach, handles replies, and forwards qualified leads to your sales team with the application, timeline, and decision maker noted.
- Sends a short weekly note and a monthly report.
- Removes anyone who asks not to be contacted, immediately and across every channel.
What you do
- Attend the onboarding call and confirm the fit criteria in writing.
- Approve the target profile and list before sending starts.
- Confirm that the capabilities and claims we use in outreach are accurate.
No guarantee of sales
Grey Dog Labs delivers qualified leads. It does not control whether a lead becomes a quote or a purchase order, and makes no promise about closed revenue. The target of three to ten qualified leads a month is a target, not a guarantee.
Ownership
Lists, copy, and sending domains built for you are yours when the program ends, once outstanding invoices are paid. Grey Dog Labs keeps no copy of your customer data beyond what is needed for its records.
